The upgrade to net profit attributable to owners of the parent, from ¥6.2 billion, reflects an extraordinary gain booked in the first half on the sale of part of its investment securities. The split, aimed at lowering the investment unit and improving liquidity, will double shares outstanding to 60.72 million from 30.36 million. The minimum holding for shareholder benefits will be adjusted to 200 shares from 100, with no substantive change.

The company plans to file its semiannual report on Nov. 12, 2026, and begin paying the interim dividend on Dec. 4. The record date for the split is Dec. 31 (effectively Dec. 30), with public notice set for Dec. 15, and the split takes effect on Jan. 1, 2027.
