Collabos said sales would fall short of the earlier forecast as new contracts for its proprietary services, including VLOOM, were partly pushed back. Monthly usage fees rose at @nyplace and COLLABOS PHONE on new customer wins and contract extensions.

On the profit side, telecommunications and hosting costs tied to sales of VLOOM and other proprietary services declined, the company said. Personnel expenses within selling, general and administrative costs also fell as hiring was delayed. As a result, operating profit, ordinary profit and net profit are expected to exceed the earlier forecast.

Collabos said its full-year forecast is under review and that it plans to announce it with its second-quarter earnings release scheduled for Nov. 5, 2026.
