San ju San Financial Group (7322) raised its full-year net profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 to ¥17.0 billion from ¥15.0 billion and increased its planned year-end dividend to ¥28 per share from ¥22, bringing the annual payout to ¥50.

FY ordinary profit forecast¥24.5 billion (from ¥21.4 billion)

Annual dividend¥50 per share (from ¥44)

The group said on Sept. 25 that it now expects consolidated ordinary profit of ¥24.5 billion for the year through March 31, 2027, up 14.5% from its May 15 forecast of ¥21.4 billion. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent is projected to rise 13.3% from the earlier forecast, with earnings per share of ¥163.79, up from ¥144.14. In the previous fiscal year, the group posted net profit of ¥12,349 million.

For the first half ending Sept. 30, 2026, it raised its ordinary profit forecast to ¥10.5 billion from ¥9.6 billion and its net profit forecast to ¥7.4 billion from ¥6.8 billion, increases of 9.4% and 8.8%, respectively.

The company said the upgrades mainly reflect net interest income at its subsidiary San ju San Bank, which is expected to exceed the previous forecast.

FY net profit¥15.0 billion¥17.0 billion

The interim dividend is unchanged at ¥22 per share. The company said the increase reflects its shareholder return policy and the upgraded full-year profit outlook. Under the policy, it targets a payout ratio of 30% of net profit attributable to owners of the parent while maintaining a stable dividend of ¥18.

The group carried out a 4-for-1 stock split on April 1, 2026. Its prior-year annual dividend of ¥144 per share was stated on a pre-split basis; adjusted for the split, it would be ¥36.
