Forecast earnings per share were raised to ¥169.13 from ¥107.99. In the year ended March 2026, revenue was ¥14.6 billion and net profit ¥621 million.

The company cited higher official childcare fees, improved occupancy rates and growth in its developmental support facilities. It also acquired all shares of Habby Co., Ltd. on September 1, 2026, consolidating Habby and its subsidiaries Iris Co., Ltd. and Happiness Comes Co., Ltd. from the third quarter. The company, which has not paid a dividend since its founding, said it changed its dividend policy and plans a year-end payout of ¥15 per share for the year ending March 2027. From the year ending March 2028, it targets ¥7.5 each at the interim and year-end, or ¥15 annually.

Next steps: The company plans to file its semiannual securities report on November 6, 2026.
