For the full year, the company said second-half demand trends in its resources and metal materials business are still under review, but it expects the industrial and construction machinery and chemicals businesses to remain firm.

The revised profit figures remain below the previous year's results. In the first half of the year ended March 2026, operating profit was ¥932 million and net profit ¥742 million; for that full year, operating profit was ¥2.958 billion and net profit ¥2.378 billion.

First-half non-consolidated net profit was raised 82.9% to ¥640 million from ¥350 million.
