Hitotohito Holdings raises FY3/2027 revenue forecast 29.3% after SPD acquisition

Thu, Oct 22, 2026 11:30 JST Hitotohito Holdings Inc. (5490.T) Holding company 中文

Hitotohito Holdings Inc. (549A) raised its consolidated revenue forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 to ¥26.02 billion from ¥20.12 billion, up 29.3%, and lifted its adjusted net profit forecast to ¥750 million from ¥675 million.

Revenue forecast¥26.02 billion (from ¥20.12 billion)
Adjusted operating profit forecast¥1.30 billion (from ¥1.14 billion)
Adjusted net profit forecast¥750 million (from ¥675 million)
Adjusted EPS forecast¥53.57 (from ¥48.21)

The company, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard market, said it made SPD&Company and SPD (together, SPD) consolidated subsidiaries on July 31, 2026. Eight months of SPD's results, from August 2026, will be included in the full-year figures, while its other subsidiaries are broadly on plan. The previous forecast was released on May 13, 2026.

On profit, the company expects one-time costs including share acquisition and advisory fees, as well as higher interest expenses on borrowings used to fund the purchase. It said SPD's contribution and steady performance in existing businesses would still lift adjusted EBITDA, adjusted operating profit and adjusted net profit above the previous forecast.

ItemPreviousRevisedChange
Revenue¥20,120 mln¥26,020 mln+29.3%
Adjusted EBITDA¥1,335 mln¥1,500 mln+12.4%
Adjusted operating profit¥1,140 mln¥1,300 mln+14.0%
Adjusted net profit to owners of parent¥675 mln¥750 mln+11.1%
Adjusted EPS¥48.21¥53.57+11.1%

Starting with this forecast, the company will use adjusted metrics that exclude M&A-related intangible asset amortization and M&A costs such as brokerage, legal, due diligence, financial advisory, valuation and PPA fees. No such costs had been incurred at the time of the previous forecast, so figures other than EBITDA are the same on an adjusted basis.

For the year ended March 2026, adjusted revenue was ¥18,641 million and adjusted net profit ¥545 million, excluding one-time revenue from Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai-related work and amortization from past acquisitions.

Unadjusted IFRS operating profit, pretax profit and net profit attributable to owners of the parent did not change by the 30% threshold that triggers mandatory disclosure under TSE rules.
