LITALICO raises full-year profit forecast to ¥3.5-3.9 billion, lifts dividend to ¥20

Mon, Nov 02, 2026 15:30 JST LITALICO Inc. (7366.T) Disability welfare services 中文

LITALICO Inc. (TSE: 7366) on Nov. 2 raised its net profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 to ¥3.5 billion-¥3.9 billion from ¥3.3 billion and lifted its year-end dividend forecast to ¥20 a share from ¥15.

FY to March 2027 net profit forecast¥3.5-3.9 billion (prev. ¥3.3 billion)
FY to March 2027 operating profit forecast¥5.8-6.3 billion (prev. ¥5.5 billion)
Annual dividend forecast¥20 per share (prev. ¥15)
First-half net profit¥1,821 million (+47.3%)

The forecasts replace those announced on May 11, 2026. Full-year revenue is now projected at ¥45.5 billion-¥46.0 billion, up from ¥44.0 billion, and operating profit at ¥5.8 billion-¥6.3 billion, up from ¥5.5 billion. Earnings per share are forecast at ¥102.12-¥113.79, compared with ¥95.82 previously.

The company said its core domestic businesses, led by employment support, performed well on higher utilization at existing facilities, while new U.S. facilities not included in the initial forecast began operating. In the second half it is actively pursuing additional investment, including faster facility openings in employment support and child welfare and stronger sales and product development in its platform business. Because the timing and scale of that investment and the performance of the new U.S. facilities could change the size of the profit increase, the forecast is given as a range.

The annual dividend forecast of ¥20 a share consists entirely of the year-end payment, compared with ¥11 for the fiscal year ended March 2026.

For the April-September first half, revenue rose 19.6% from a year earlier to ¥22,102 million, operating profit rose 37.0% to ¥2,826 million and net profit attributable to owners of the parent rose 47.3% to ¥1,821 million. Prior-year revenue and operating profit exclude two subsidiaries sold in the fiscal year ended March 2026.
