Insource Co., Ltd. (6200) lowered its consolidated forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026, cutting projected net profit attributable to owners of the parent to ¥4.25 billion from ¥4.40 billion and net sales to ¥15.6 billion from ¥16.0 billion.

The Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed training company said on Sept. 24 that it revised the forecast it had published on May 7, 2026, for the fiscal year covering Oct. 1, 2025-Sept. 30, 2026, citing recent business trends. Operating profit and ordinary profit are each now projected 3.6% below the earlier forecast.

Insource said full-year sales are expected to grow overall, led by mid-sized companies and small and medium-sized enterprises, but will fall short of the previous forecast. In its instructor-dispatch training business, winning orders from large companies was sluggish, while growth in DX services and rank-based training, domains with large sales volumes, was limited. In its open seminar business, the accumulation and use of "Smart Pack" points slowed, mainly among large companies.

The company said cuts to selling, general and administrative expenses through the use of generative AI progressed as planned, but the lower sales outlook will leave operating profit below its earlier projection.

Insource kept its dividend forecast of ¥35 per share, comprising an ordinary dividend of ¥29.5 and a commemorative dividend of ¥5.5, unchanged from the figure announced on July 21, 2026.
