Kanaden said firm demand related to AI and data centers lifted sales of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and power receiving and distribution panels in its factory automation (FA) systems business, while power supply equipment for data centers performed well in its building facilities business. In its semiconductor and devices business, Wi-Fi modules for household electrical appliances also performed well, putting first-half results ahead of the initial forecast.

The company left its full-year consolidated forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 unchanged from the figures announced on May 13, 2026, saying the numbers are still under review and that it will disclose any revision once the review is complete.
