True Data provides marketing, merchandising and promotion support based on purchase data from about 65 million annually active consumers, centered on food and daily goods. The company said the professional and consumer markets are linked through housing-related demand, and that purchase data from pro shops could serve as leading information on future consumer demand and help manufacturers with product development and sales strategies.

The share transfer is scheduled for Oct. 13, 2026, when Cosmonet will become a consolidated subsidiary. True Data plans to shift to consolidated reporting from the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027. The impact on its results for that fiscal year is under review, and the company said it will disclose any matters promptly.
