Same-store sales were 102.1% of the prior-year level, which the company attributed to price increases taking hold, exceeding its initial budget. It opened 18 stores against an initial plan of 10, bringing its count to 137 at the fiscal year-end from 126 at the start, and opened its first roadside location. Its Ginza Sozaiten yakitori takeout brand has begun franchising, with a contract signed with its first franchisee.

The ratio of equity attributable to owners of the parent rose to 24.6% from 20.3%, and operating cash flow was ¥1.797 billion. The company will pay a year-end dividend of ¥10 per share for fiscal 2026, after paying none the previous year, for a payout ratio of 16.6%. It forecasts a ¥12 dividend for fiscal 2027.

On Aug. 19, 2026, the company announced a medium-term management plan, "BEYOND THE STANDARD", targeting a move to the TSE Prime Market within about four years and a market capitalization goal of ¥100 billion. It said the plan's figures reflect organic growth only, excluding franchising, M&A and overseas expansion.

The dividend is scheduled to be paid from Nov. 11, 2026. The company plans to file its annual securities report on Nov. 24 and hold its annual shareholders' meeting on Nov. 25.
