Unisia kept its full-year forecast for the year ending Nov. 30, 2026 unchanged: sales of ¥36.4 billion, up 72.6%, operating profit of ¥1.34 billion and net profit of ¥500 million, down 32.8%. Its dividend forecast remains undecided; the year-end dividend for the previous fiscal year was ¥15.00 per share.

Separately, the company said wholly owned unit Kushikatsu Tanaka will absorb ETOHA LAB, another wholly owned subsidiary engaged in web design and advertising, to bring the group's design functions in-house. No new shares will be issued, and the company expects the impact on consolidated results to be minor. Unisia also decided to end a business alliance with Antway and transfer its house meal business to Senrei, booking a provision for expected losses on the transfer.

Both the merger and the business transfer are scheduled to take effect on Nov. 30, 2026.
