Its equity ratio stood at 33.9%, versus 34.0% at the end of the previous fiscal year.

The company kept its full-year forecast unchanged: sales of ¥37.2 billion, flat from the previous year; operating profit of ¥180 million, down 21.6%; ordinary profit of ¥130 million, down 41.5%; and net profit of ¥52 million, down 52.0%, or ¥41.43 per share. It also maintained its dividend forecast of ¥50 per share at year-end, with no interim payout, the same as the previous year.

The company plans to file its semiannual securities report on Oct. 13, 2026.
