Revenue rose 142.3% to ¥4.36 billion but fell 1.0% short of the ¥4.41 billion forecast as rental income missed targets. Operating profit of ¥576 million and ordinary profit of ¥304 million beat forecasts by 5.3% and 18.3%, respectively. The company said the net profit beat reflected a gain from deferred income taxes.

The company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's TOKYO PRO Market on Aug. 19, 2026, and operates a single real estate segment.

Earnings per share were ¥249.13, adjusted for a 50-for-1 stock split effective March 26, 2026. Total assets stood at ¥24.49 billion at year-end, with an equity ratio of 21.4%. During the year, the company bought a commercial building in Nagoya and a subsidiary acquired an 80-unit rental housing property in the city, while it sold trust beneficiary rights to land under a commercial facility in western Japan and the land and building of a commercial store in Gamagori.

The year-end dividend for fiscal 2026 is undecided while the company reviews it in light of the profit deviation. It paid ¥300 per share for fiscal 2025, or ¥6.00 after the split. No forecast was given for the year ending Aug. 31, 2027, as the company is assessing the impact of matters including a sale of real estate trust beneficiary rights by a subsidiary, announced the same day.

The annual shareholders' meeting is scheduled for Nov. 26, 2026, where the dividend will be put to a vote; the company will disclose the outcome immediately after the resolution. It will announce its fiscal 2027 forecast once a reasonable estimate is possible.
