The board approved the sale on Sept. 17, 2026, and the transfer agreement was signed on Oct. 19, 2026, the company said in a filing on Oct. 21. It said the sale is intended to improve asset efficiency through effective use of management resources.
The assets consist of 227.30 square meters of land and a 105.40-square-meter building, currently used as rental real estate. The location, sale price and book value were not disclosed under an arrangement with the buyer; the company said the price is appropriate and reflects market value. The buyer is a domestic corporation whose name was withheld under a confidentiality agreement. It has no capital, personnel or business relationship with the company that requires disclosure and is not a related party.
