Oricon Inc. (4800) said on Sept. 25 its common shares will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Standard Market on Sept. 28, 2026, after shareholders approved a share consolidation at an extraordinary general meeting on Sept. 7.
Shareholders approved the share consolidation proposal as originally submitted at the Sept. 7 meeting, the company said. As a result, its common stock now falls under the Tokyo Stock Exchange's delisting criteria.
Oricon referred investors to its Sept. 7 announcement on the approval of the share consolidation, the abolition of provisions on the number of shares per trading unit and partial amendments to its articles of incorporation for details. The Sept. 25 filing did not state the consolidation ratio or other terms.
