Orvis Corporation (7827) said on Oct. 6 it was notified that Wako Co. acquired 360,000 of its shares, or 20.26% of total voting rights, from President Yuji Nakahama on Sept. 30, 2026.
Wako's representative director and president is Kazuko Nakahama, according to the filing by the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard-listed company.

Orvis made the announcement at the request of Wako, the acquirer of the shares, pursuant to Article 30, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the enforcement order.
