Koyosha (7946) said on Sept. 30 that its shares will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Standard Market effective Oct. 1, 2026, leaving the Nagoya Stock Exchange's Main Market as its sole listing venue.

The move follows an April 15, 2026 announcement in which Koyosha disclosed the Tokyo Stock Exchange's decision to delist its shares and designate them as securities to be delisted (seiri meigara). The shares were placed in that category on the same day.

Koyosha had been dual-listed on the TSE Standard Market and the NSE Main Market. From Oct. 1, its shares can no longer be traded on the Tokyo exchange, but trading on the Nagoya exchange will continue as normal, the company said. Its securities code, 7946, remains unchanged.
