The warrants, which carry an exercise-price adjustment clause, were issued on June 25, 2026 through a third-party allotment to Long Corridor Alpha Opportunities Master Fund, MAP246 Segregated Portfolio, a segregated portfolio of LMA SPC, and BEMAP Master Fund Ltd. The company, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard market, filed both a large-exercise notice and a completion notice on the same day.
The 1,700 units exercised on Oct. 7 represent 28.3% of the 6,000 units issued and equal the entire balance left unexercised at the end of September. No units were exercised from Oct. 1 to Oct. 6. The exercise price was ¥342.0 on Oct. 1-2 and ¥305.1 from Oct. 5 to Oct. 7. All 170,000 shares delivered were newly issued; no treasury shares were transferred.
