PR TIMES raises annual dividend forecast to ¥74.30, lifts DOE floor to 9%

Wed, Oct 14, 2026 15:30 JST PR TIMES, Inc. (3922.T) Internet services 中文

PR TIMES, Inc. (3922) on Oct. 14 raised its annual dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2027 to ¥74.30 per share from ¥16.80, after lifting its dividend-on-equity (DOE) floor to 9% or more from 2% or more.

Annual dividend forecast¥74.30 (from ¥16.80)
DOE floor9% or more (from 2% or more)
M&A/strategic investment budget¥4.5 billion (fiscal 2026-2030)
Full-year net profit forecast¥2.1 billion (from ¥2.2 billion)

The board also adopted progressive dividends as a principle for ordinary payouts, meaning the annual per-share ordinary dividend will be maintained or raised unless earnings or financial conditions change materially. From the fiscal year ending February 2028, the company will pay interim and year-end dividends, with the interim set at around 50% of the previous year's annual ordinary dividend. It paid ¥13.80 for the year ended February 2026.

PR TIMES also set a ¥4.5 billion budget for M&A and strategic investment covering fiscal 2026 through 2030, and will in principle return at least 50% of any amount unused at the end of fiscal 2030 as a special dividend. It said it would not invest in deals that fail its criteria even if budget remains, and could exceed ¥4.5 billion for deals that meet them.

The company cut its full-year revenue forecast to ¥10,319 million from ¥10,844 million and net profit attributable to owners of the parent to ¥2.1 billion from ¥2.2 billion. It cited its August decision to exit the Jooto task management tool business and weaker-than-planned sales at other services and subsidiary NAVICUS. Operating profit guidance of ¥3,250 million and EBITDA guidance of ¥3,685 million were kept, helped by lower Jooto costs and a group-wide expense review.

First-half results for March-August 2026:

Item1H (¥ million)YoY
Revenue5,049+8.0%
EBITDA1,974-3.4%
Operating profit1,751-7.4%
Net profit attributable to owners of the parent1,125-11.6%

General availability of Jooto is scheduled to end on July 31, 2027. The amount and timing of any special dividend will be announced once decided.
